Key Responsibilities

• Process daily online orders and coordinate with logistics/3PL
• Create shipping labels and instructions
• Track shipments, resolve delays/disputes (UPS, Amazon, etc.)
• Handle customer queries across platforms
• Verify shipping invoices and reconcile monthly sales
• Monitor inventory, support replenishment planning
• Maintain daily inventory logs
• Assist with sales tax filings
• General ops/admin support

Requirements

• Diploma + 2 years' experience
• Strong in Excel/Google Sheets
• Meticulous, proactive, and fast-paced
