Key Responsibilities

Sales & Conversions

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails.

Convert enquiries into subscribers by explaining our nutrition plans and benefits.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

E-Commerce Sales Management

Assist customers through the online purchasing/subscription process.

Manage order follow-ups, renewals, and upselling opportunities.

Monitor e-commerce sales performance and suggest improvements.

Customer Engagement

Educate pet parents on the science behind our products.

Build trust through empathetic, solution-oriented communication.

Support smooth onboarding and plan activations.

Partnership Development

Assist in growing relationships with trainers, groomers, and pet-related businesses.

Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns to boost online sales.

Requirements

Prior experience in indoor sales, telesales, or e-commerce preferred.

Strong communication and persuasion skills (written & verbal).

Customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust quickly.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with sales targets.

Passion for pets is a big plus!
