We are a growing scrap metal recycling company specializing in the collection, processing, and trading of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and sustainability, we are looking for a motivated Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to support our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing daily warehouse activities including receiving, sorting, storing, and dispatching scrap metals.

• Support in supervising warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and productivity.

• Help maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.

• Monitor workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Assist with coordination of logistics for skip bin movements, dismantling, and reinstatement works when required.

• Inspect and help categorize ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

• Provide input on improving workflow and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations; supervisory or team leader experience is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of scrap metal materials (ferrous & non-ferrous) preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to handle warehouse duties.

• Willing to learn and take on greater responsibilities.
