Responsibilities
Requirements
- Involve in the pre-condition and post-condition checks of the event site and support in the documentation of any defect spotted throughout the duration of the site usage. The dates for pre and post-condition will be made known in advance.
- Work and liaise closely with Managing Agent of the venue and promptly rectify any issues feedback by the MA.
- Conduct up to 10 sessions of inspection during pre and post-con and provide timely update to the Authority, also document the reinstatement required.
- A good team player, independent, observant, responsible and able to perform operational tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Preferably at least 3 years of experience in facilities management.
- Work experience should include relevant responsibilities such as building maintenance and inspection.
- Preferably attained relevant certification (e.g. Certified Facilities Manager or Certified Facilities Management Expert).
