Guest Relations Associate - Premium Hospitality
South Singapore | On-site | 5-day work week

We're looking for a Guest Relations Associate to join our front-of-house team, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, premium hospitality environment and genuinely enjoys creating memorable experiences for every guest.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and engage guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and phone inquiries smoothly
• Coordinate seating and guest flow for a seamless dining experience
• Recognize and personalize service for returning guests
• Partner with your team to uphold high service standards
• Handle guest feedback with grace and a solutions-focused mindset
• Step in to support other front-of-house tasks when needed

Who You Are

• Friendly, confident, and composed
• A natural people person with strong communication skills
• Service-oriented, proactive, and a true team player
• Previous F&B or hospitality experience is a plus, but not a must
