Guest Experience Shift Supervisor - Front-of-House Leadership Role

What You'll Do

• Create the Right First Impression: Welcome guests warmly and ensure a seamless start to their dining experience.
• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage waitlists, coordinate seating, and keep the FOH running efficiently.
• Lead the Team: Motivate, guide, and support service staff to deliver consistent, top-notch service.
• Solve Problems with Ease: Address guest feedback or unexpected challenges with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Assistant Managers to ensure smooth shifts from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of F&B experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and quick on your feet
• Strong communication skills to connect with both team members and guests
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
