The Role:
As Creative Director, you'll be the driving force behind our creative vision. You'll lead the development of performance concepts, visual aesthetics, show themes, costuming, choreography collaboration, and overall creative direction for our live entertainment productions.

You will be required to choreograph, search for talents that fits the entertainment role, propose and source for costumes for each production and be the overall in charge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop original concepts and creative direction for live performances and themed shows
• Guide the creation of costumes, sets, lighting, and sound to align with show themes
• Lead ideation for new acts, seasonal productions, and custom entertainment packages
• Direct and participate in rehearsals and creative development sessions
• Maintain high artistic standards while managing creative timelines and budgets
• Stay informed on trends in dance, performance art, music, fashion, and stagecraft

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of creative leadership experience in performing arts, live events, or theatrical productions
• Strong background in dance, theatre, music performance, or show production
• Proven ability to lead diverse creative teams and collaborate across disciplines
• A visionary mindset with the ability to balance artistic creativity with practical execution
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Experience in costume and set design, choreography, or show direction is a plus
