We are seeking a Research Scientist who shares our passion for translational cancer research and is eager to contribute to the development of cutting-edge therapeutic approaches with real clinical impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to research projects in cancer biology, antibody engineering, bispecific antibody design, or T-cell-based therapies.
- Support platform development aimed at clinical translation.
- Troubleshoot and optimize experimental workflows.
- Contribute to the growth of translational studies with potential for startup development.
Requirements
- PhD in Cancer Biology, Immunology, Biochemical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of cancer biology, immunology or related.
- Hands-on experience in animal handling and immune cell culture (preferred).
- Prior experience in antibody development or T-cell therapy (highly desirable).
- Proficiency in wet lab techniques.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset.
- Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and eagerness to learn.
