Our research spans cancer biology, antibody screening and engineering, bispecific antibody development, and T-cell-based therapies.

We are seeking a Research Scientist who shares our passion for translational cancer research and is eager to contribute to the development of cutting-edge therapeutic approaches with real clinical impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to research projects in cancer biology, antibody engineering, bispecific antibody design, or T-cell-based therapies.
• Support platform development aimed at clinical translation.
• Troubleshoot and optimize experimental workflows.
• Contribute to the growth of translational studies with potential for startup development.

Requirements

• PhD in Cancer Biology, Immunology, Biochemical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cancer biology, immunology or related.
• Hands-on experience in animal handling and immune cell culture (preferred).
• Prior experience in antibody development or T-cell therapy (highly desirable).
• Proficiency in wet lab techniques.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset.
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and eagerness to learn.
