Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Digital Communications, Web Technologies, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience managing web content, CMS operations, or content product ownership.
  • Proven track record of supporting digital campaign launches and website performance initiatives.

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Must have: Hands-on experience with an enterprise Content Management System; strong preference for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Strong understanding of web UX principles, page structure, and digital content lifecycle.
  • Proficient in using web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics preferred) to measure site performance and user behavior.
  • Experience with A/B testing and personalisation.
