Deliver quality:
▪Ensure that all subcon are using the approval for construction drawings and specs at the site.
▪Ensure and conduct inspections to ensure live services are terminated/isolated before work commences. Keep record of findings and inform all parties at toolbox or other meetings,
▪Request and give advanced notice to Technical Team, when receive of Approved for Construction (AFC) drawings are required,
▪Ensure all shop drawings, materials are approved by Consultants before work commences at site,
▪Coordinate with various trades for sequence of works, use short term program to plan and monitor,
▪Ensure protections of completed works are provided, and report all damages by other trades,
▪To raise Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Approval (RFA) to PM/Tech team for follow-up action,
▪
Ensure defect alerts are implemented, and repetitive defects are eliminated,
▪Together with the PM to conduct Contractors' Coordination meeting, include trade and specialist subcontractors, meeting minutes shall be records and distributed for actions,
▪Ensure Off site fabrication works are monitored, and quality inspections are carried out, assign respective site supervisors to conduct necessary inspections,
▪Ensure all inspections are coordinated between contractor and site staff, RE/RTO,
▪To organise inspection, involve specialist Tester, such as welding test, pull out test and etc with the approved testing agency, including off site testing and inspection,
▪Ensure all defects sign off,
▪Ensure site duty roster is prepared and distribute to site team for night and over time works,
▪Ensure the attain required CONQUAS score and GM score,
▪Organise, coordinate and attend all BIM coordination meeting, assisting to solve all issues raised including crash detection, conflict, and to ensure that model prepared is complying with authorities, architect and consultants,
▪Develop an interface schedule identifying critical touchpoints between trades, systems, or phases.
▪Align contractor and subcontractor work sequences to avoid work conflicts or delays.
▪Ensure temporary works (e.g., access, protection, M&E shutdowns) are planned and coordinated.
▪Coordinate shop drawings and ensure clash-free implementation.
