Job Description:

FSA Holdings Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Padel & Tennis Coach to deliver high-quality coaching services to members of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in padel and tennis instruction, with a focus on developing fundamental techniques, match strategy, and sportsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured tennis and padel lessons for children, adults, and groups of varying skill levels.
• Adapt coaching methods to suit individual learning needs and sport-specific demands.
• Teach fundamental techniques, match strategy, and sportsmanship.
• Provide player feedback and monitor progress.

Programme & Event Support:

• Assist with the planning and delivery of camps, social play sessions, leagues, and tournaments.
• Promote both sports within the community to drive participation and engagement.
• Support the development of performance players in both tennis and padel.

Requirements:

• Tennis Coaching Qualification: Minimum ITF Level 1 or equivalent.
• Padel Coaching Qualification: Certification from a recognized body (e.g. FIP, PadelMBA), or demonstrable experience in padel instruction.
• Past touring pro experience will be advantageous.
• Valid Standard First Aid with CPR/AED.
• Proven coaching experience with children and adults.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and during club events.
