We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, promoting our waste disposal and recycling services, and supporting our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce, explain, and promote company services.
• Follow up on leads and update customer records in the system.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the sales manager.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, polite, and persuasive over the phone.
• Self-motivated with a positive working attitude.
• Bilingual to communicate with English & Mandarin speaking clients.
• Prior telemarketing or sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
