Job Description
• \tPrepare tenders, bids, project proposals, budgets, and cost estimates.
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with corporate goals.
• \tLead and support QS team; liaise with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and legal/technical teams
• \tManage budgets, timelines, progress claims, variations, EOT/cost claims, and final accounts.
• \tMonitor project progress through site meetings and ensure compliance with technical standards.
• \tIdentify risks, resolve contractual issues, and recommend solutions.
• \tConduct post-project reviews to improve cost efficiency, communication, and productivity
• \tMaintain contract management database and perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirement:
• \tBachelor's degree in business/Degree or Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying/ Master's Degree in Business Administration.
• \tCertified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM)/ Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) / Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) designation through the National Contract Management Association.
• \tMin 5 years' Singapore working experience in Renovation Construction industry.
• \tSkilled in Contracts Administration and Tenders.
• \tExperienced in contract preparation and management.
