Responsibilities:

• Participate in a one-year customized rotation program across all finance functions, including Finance, Accounting, Reporting, Tax, and Financial Business Partnering (BP).
• Learn directly from supervisors and finance department heads, gaining hands-on exposure to financial and control tasks.
• Develop and strengthen professional financial skills through real-world projects and on-the-job training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; open to full-time students graduating in 2025.
• Strong communication skills with fluent English proficiency (both spoken and written).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a structured career development program.
