We're Hiring: Facilities Manager, IES

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Facilities Manager to ensure our Club operates at its best. In this role, you will ensure smooth daily operations to drive the Club improvement projects, you will be the heart of keeping our Club vibrant, sustainable and future-ready!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities and project operations, including building renovations, enhancements, reconfigurations, and transformation projects, with support for planned and unplanned out-of-hours work.

• Oversee project management tasks such as fit-out design reviews, test-fits, MEP layouts, handovers, and defect rectifications.

• Partner with Procurement on sourcing and compliance, while keeping budgets and costs under control.

• Supporting the Director in annual budgeting and planning, project cost control, and overseeing financial administration, including invoices, coding, cost centre allocation, assets, and payment management.

• Track site inspections, inventory, energy consumption, and other trackers, analysing FM data, and providing recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with local legislation and regulations while supervising Executives, Housekeepers, and Technicians in daily operations.

• Building strong, collaborative relationships across departments and external stakeholders for smooth project delivery.

• Provide hands-on support to Maintenance operations whenever needed.

• Perform any other facilities-related duties as assigned to support the smooth running of the Club.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder, preferably in Project and Facilities Management or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in facilities, projects, or building operations.

• Meticulous, organised, and an excellent negotiator with a strong hands-on mindset

• Adaptable, proactive, quick to learn, and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively.

Independent, a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solver who can provide quick, effective solutions on the go.
