  • Regularly assess the quality of cleaning to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy workplace environment.
  • Order and manage inventory to ensure all necessary supplies are available.
  • Oversees the servicing and maintenance of equipment to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
  • Understand client needs, address concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop ongoing relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and positive client feedback.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Control costs and ensure all expenses are within budget guidelines.
  • Provide data-driven insights to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create clear and concise procedures for all cleaning tasks.
  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills in the cleaning field.
  • Work with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing needs and requirements.
