We're looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager who thrives in nature-inspired settings, enjoys leading people, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

This role is perfect if you value work-life balance - our café operates from 9am to 6pm daily, with a fixed rest day on Mondays so you can recharge.

What You'll Do

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll:

• Report directly to the Group Entity Manager.
• Lead with initiative, energy, and positivity.
• Oversee smooth daily operations on shifts.
• Uphold standards of punctuality, grooming, and uniform compliance.
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness according to company guidelines.
• Manage outlet systems, schedules, payroll, and inventory.
• Foster a positive culture for both staff and customers.
• Maintain a clean and organised café space.
• Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service.
• Guide and mentor staff to maintain SOPs.
• Solve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
• Supervise FOH duties including ordering, serving, greeting guests, and POS operations.
• Handle opening and closing procedures.
• Identify and report work hazards, inconsistencies, and machine breakdowns.
• Be the role model of service excellence during your shift.
• Oversee hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members.
• Manage appraisals and performance reviews for the outlet.
