We're looking for a motivated F&B Management Trainee to support our operations and learn the ins and outs of running a successful food kiosk.

Job Responsibilities:

• Counter & Floor Operations
  Manage daily customer service activities, ensuring prompt, friendly and efficient service across counter and dining areas.
• Inventory Management
  Support stocktaking and ensure availability of necessary ingredients, packaging, and operational supplies.
• Hygiene & Food Safety
  Adhere strictly to food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards as required by SFA and company policy.
• Leadership & Training
  Shadow senior team members, participate in structured training, and progressively take on supervisory tasks as part of your development pathway.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in building a long-term career in F&B
• Willingness to learn across both kitchen and service functions
• Good team player with positive attitude and initiative
• Able to commit to rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Prior F&B experience is a bonus, but not required - full training provided
