Job Description & Requirements
Requirements:
- Building the structural framework of buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs.
- Constructing temporary Molds for concrete structures.
- Installing beams, posts, and other supports to ensure the stability of structures.
- Reading and understanding construction plans to accurately construct according to specifications.
- Using hand and power tools to cut and shape wood to the required dimensions.
- Working effectively with other construction professionals, including carpenters, electricians, and project managers.
- Performing other construction-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in structural formwork
- Good physical condition to carry out hands-on work
- Ability to read technical drawings and handle tools safely
- Positive attitude and team player
