Job Responsibilities:
Job Requirements
- Identifies potential suppliers to secure cost-effective materials for construction projects
- Establishes and maintains good relationships with suppliers to negotiate for the best terms
- Monitors supplier performance in terms of on-time delivery, quality and cost
- Verify documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and other related paperwork
- Involve in daily operations of procurement department
- Liaise and coordinate with project team on materials requirement and planning
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least "O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any field
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word
- 5.5 working days (alternate Saturday) and willing to work at project site
- Familiar with Construction and Building industry
- Possess good attitude with good sense of responsibility and team player
