Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner

- Provide product information and recommendations on Pondok Abang's halal frozen food items

- Operate the Point of Sale cashier system and handle payments (cash, NETS, Fidyah Vouchers, CDC Vouchers) accurately

- Restock freezers, shelves, and maintain product displays

- Check and monitor product expiry dates and freezer temperatures

- Assist in unloading, receiving, and storing deliveries

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store at all times

- Follow all food safety, halal handling, and health guidelines

- Perform opening or closing duties as scheduled

- ⁠Host regular TikTok live-streaming sessions to showcase and demonstrate company products.

- ⁠Engage and interact with viewers during live streams, answering questions and providing product details in an entertaining and informative manner.

- ⁠Promote special offers, discounts, and campaigns to encourage purchase conversions.

- ⁠Create product-related content for TikTok (and other social platforms if required) to increase brand visibility.

- ⁠Collaborate with the business development team to plan live content, scripts, and promotional campaigns.

- ⁠Monitor live stream performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement.

- ⁠Ensure accurate representation of products and adhere to company branding and messaging guidelines.

- ⁠Stay updated with TikTok trends and apply them creatively to attract more viewers and followers.

- ⁠Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

- Retail or F&B experience is a bonus (but not required - training will be provided)

- Willing to work weekends and public holidays on a roster basis with a 8am to 6pm shift

- Friendly, honest, and customer-oriented

- Must be respectful of halal food handling procedures

- Proven experience as a live streamer, online promoter, or sales representative is a plus.

- ⁠Comfortable and confident speaking on camera to a live audience.

- ⁠Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- ⁠Basic knowledge of social media marketing and online selling.

- ⁠Familiarity with TikTok platform features and trends.

- ⁠Ability to create engaging scripts and content ideas

- ⁠Results-driven with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
