Responsibilities

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across roles in Fund Houses, Fintech, and Insurance, and more
• Developing strong client relationships with leading financial services firms
• Sourcing high-calibre candidates through headhunting, referrals, and market mapping
• Conducting interviews and providing consultative advice to clients and candidates
• Managing offer processes and negotiating packages in a competitive market
• Keeping up to date with hiring trends, market intelligence, and regulatory changes in financial services

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment (financial services experience preferred but not essential)
• OR a background in financial services with a passion for people and career growth
• A strong understanding of financial services roles and terminology
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, resilient, and target-driven attitude
