Key Responsibilities:

- Daily Managing of LinkedIn account

- Call and arrange meetings for sales

- Coordination with project manager for Confirmed Sales

- Coordination with accounts for billing matters

- Other related administrative for sales matters

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency.

Job Specifications:

1. Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or HR support.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
