Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all sales activities in Singapore, from hotels and restaurants to the supermarket sector expansion.
• Business development: identify new opportunities, open doors, and increase market share.
• Manage the full sales process - from product promotion and pricing, through order processing, supply follow-up, and invoicing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring outstanding customer service.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and track KPIs.

Requirements

• Singaporean nationality or valid work authorization - local candidates preferred.
• Proven track record of 3-5 years in food sales.
• Strong advantage: experience and connections in the supermarket/retail sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high service orientation.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage several processes simultaneously under deadlines.
• Capable of handling the entire sales cycle: product presentation, order execution, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).

Advantages
