Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support ERP systems (SAP Business One, Microsoft Business Central), including enhancements, upgrades, deployments, and troubleshooting.
• Provide IT solutions for business operations; design, develop, and maintain applications.
• Perform data analysis and reporting using database tools to improve efficiency.
• Oversee hardware/software installation, upgrades, and deployments locally and overseas.
• Administer and monitor databases to ensure performance and security.
• Lead and guide IT staff; provide technical leadership and training.
• Manage IT sourcing, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Design and maintain the company's public website.
• Customize and enhance ERP reports using Crystal Reports and Microsoft tools.
• Prepare IT reports for management, highlighting issues, progress, and cost savings.
• Develop and manage annual IT budgets and liaise with auditors on compliance.
• Review and update SOPs, licenses, and maintenance fees regularly.
• Keep users updated on IT trends and security issues.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• 4-6 years' experience in programming, software design, and implementation.
• Experience as a Systems Engineer, Network Engineer, DBA, ERP Analyst, or Security Analyst.
• Hands-on ERP experience, preferably SAP Business One, Microsoft Business Central, or MS NAV.
• Managed at least 1 full ERP SDLC implementation project.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, databases, Windows servers, firewalls, and security systems.
• Skilled in MS SQL, Crystal Reports, SQL programming, Visual Basic, and stored procedures.
• Experience in web and domain management.
