Our Client is a global leader in designing and manufacturing advanced ground support equipment for the aviation industry, delivering reliable, efficient, and sustainable solutions to major airlines, airports, and service providers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Primary
- Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of the products.
- Review technical specifications and prepare compliance documentation.
- Lead customer Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) at facilities in Denmark or the USA.
- Oversee and support site installation and commissioning activities.
- Identify sales opportunities and connect potential customers with the appropriate Area Sales Managers.
- Provide responsive remote technical support (phone/email) to customers and distributors.
- Prepare and manage documentation: safety plans, risk assessments, method statements, site and technical reports.
- Support R&D initiatives related to new product development.
- Own, manage, and report customer complaints.
- Conduct training for distributor/agent technicians to strengthen their competencies and ensure excellent customer service delivery.
Secondary
- Conduct on-site testing, commissioning, and product training as required.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Installation, or Power Technology.
- Strong understanding of:
AC/DC power theory, circuits, and components
Industrial power control systems
Solid-state control and switching devices
AC utility power distribution - 2-5 years of experience in installation, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electrical/electronic equipment.
- Proven track record managing large-scale technical projects across multiple geographies and cultures.
- A self-driven individual with strong learning agility, able to work independently or in teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage professional client interactions.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability in a diverse business environment.
- Knowledge of inverter technology is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel 30-40% annually (including occasional weekends).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
