CAREER OBJECTIVES:
  • He or she is responsible for supporting daily operations of the office /department by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
  • The Role ensures that office functions run smoothly, records/files are properly managed, scheduling and communication is handled efficiently and well disseminate.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain and organized office files and documents, photocopying, scanning (manual and digital )
    Answering incoming calls, nd responding to emails professionally, receive and assist clients in courteous manner.
  • Coordinate Meeting schedules, site visits and appointments .
  • Assist in Organizing trainings, events, involves in tasts such as booking venues, coordinating logistics and arranging event food catering.
  • Providing administrative support to otherdepartmentswhen required, Handling incoming and outgoing mails and packages for proper sorting and distributuion .
  • Coordinate with supplier,couriers,serviceprovoiders to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Assist in preparing accounts reconciliation reports; claims reimbursement forms.
  • Assist in invoice processing, expense tracking and budgeting.
  • Submit required documents to government agencies or other offices if needed, liaising with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage Office supplies and place orders when needed, Involves inventory to ensure adequate supplies for the workplace.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment.


REQUIREMENTS:
  • ITE/DIPLOMA with minimum1 year of working experience
  • Mandarin Speaking


WORKING LOCATION: TAI SENG EXCHANGE

WORKING HOUR: 9AM TO 6PM
