Job Summary:
The F&B Procurement Manager is responsible for sourcing and managing the supply of raw ingredients, packaging materials, and kitchen essentials to support centralized food production. This role ensures consistent supply, cost efficiency, and quality compliance across all procurement activities, supporting multiple outlets or brands served by the central kitchen.

The F&B Procurement Manager is responsible for sourcing and managing the supply of raw ingredients, packaging materials, and kitchen essentials to support centralized food production. This role ensures consistent supply, cost efficiency, and quality compliance across all procurement activities, supporting multiple outlets or brands served by the central kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Sourcing
- Source and procure raw materials (meat, seafood, vegetables, dry goods, etc.) and packaging supplies for large-scale food production.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
- Work closely with production planners and kitchen teams to forecast demand and align procurement schedules.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate just-in-time deliveries to minimize waste and storage costs.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems.
Cost & Quality Management
- Monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies to optimize cost savings.
- Ensure all procured items meet food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP, SFA).
- Conduct regular supplier audits and quality checks.
Operational Efficiency
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline receiving, storage, and distribution processes.
- Support new product development by sourcing new ingredients and materials as required.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
Requirement
- 5 years of working experience
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with the associates/clients
- Willing to learn and adapt faster
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Knowledge of supply chain in F&B Industries is advantage
- Able to work independently
- Able to start work immediately
