Responsibilities:

• Work on sustainability related projects for Master-planning, new and existing buildings;

• Independently handle ESD projects and Green Certification i.e. Green Mark, LEED, WELL etc.;

• Manage direct reports and provide mentorship regarding technical and project management related matters;

• Has good understanding of building physics and experience in conducting performance simulations such as Energy modelling, CFD, Daylight & Glare analysis, Solar Insolation studies etc;

• Coordinate with project teams/ stake holders and contractors for data compilation, calculation, verification, green rating submission, etc.;

• Support in tender pursuit, business development and design competitions;

• Manage projects in Singapore and Asia Pacific.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in M&E, Architectural, building services or sustainability related filed. Master's Degree in Sustainability will be highly regarded.

• Possess minimum two Green Building professional Accreditation (i.e. GMAAP, LEED AP, WELL AP, TRUE Advisor, EDGE expert etc.)

• Understanding of building systems, particularly in ACMV systems and other M&E disciplines

• Over 10 years of relevant professional working experience

• Proficient in AutoCAD/ Sketch-up. Experience in other modelling tools such as Revit, Rhino will be a plus.

• Competent in public speaking and presentation

• Team player with good interpersonal skills

• Quick learner with initiative who take necessary actions beyond instructions given
