Job Description

As our Clinic Assistant, you play an important role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering a positive patient experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Reception Duties: Answering phone calls, attending to patient inquiries, handling registrations, and scheduling appointments
• Financial Responsibilities: Billing, collecting payments, and assisting with claims
• Administrative Tasks: Data entry into the clinic software system, managing schedules, and communicating with patients (phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email)
• Clinical Support: Dispensing medications, assisting the doctor in procedures, and managing equipment
• Housekeeping & Operations: Maintaining a clean clinic environment, managing inventory, and overseeing basic housekeeping

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM
• Saturday: 9 AM - 1 PM

Requirements

• Minimum of 'N'/'O' Levels qualifications, or equivalent
• Proficiency in general office IT, including Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), WhatsApp Desktop, and WeChat Desktop
• Basic proficiency with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to enhance communication and streamline workflow
• Possess a good command of English, both written and spoken
• A collaborative team player with a service-oriented mindset
• Friendly disposition with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for learning and commitment to delivering quality patient care
• No prior clinic experience required (training will be provided)
• Prior experience in a private clinic setting will be an added advantage

Rewards

• Monthly salary range: SGD 1,800 - 2,800
• Additional yearly bonuses
• Annual salary increment
