• Supervise and facilitate material, equipment, and manpower arrangements.

• Track usage of materials, tools, and labor to ensure the project stays within budget.

• Attend site meetings and assist in the project close-out and documentation process.

• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Building or Civil Engineering, or equivalent.

• At least 1-3 years of experience in Maintenance or A&A or related construction projects.

• Familiar with Singapore building regulations, especially for A&A Works.
