• Position Title: Commercial Manager
• Working Location: Senoko
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday - Friday 8.30AM - 6PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $12,000 + Allowances + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sales of precast concrete products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts in the building and construction sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and developers.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to project delivery and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and technical departments to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products.
• Conduct regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance analysis to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, preferably recognized by Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably in building materials or construction.
• Has at least 3 years of experience working with consulting firms and main contractors for both private residential and/or HDB projects
• Strong knowledge of precast concrete products is an advantage.
