We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive the technical vision, architecture, and execution across multiple product lines. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to ensure both scalability and security while delivering excellent user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Define and oversee system architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
• Work closely with product and business teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
• Establish and maintain best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and cloud infrastructure.
• Provide hands-on technical contributions when required while guiding long-term engineering direction.
• Manage integrations with third-party services, vendors, and technology partners.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in backend systems (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java), frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience building large-scale, secure, transaction-based systems or real-time, consumer-facing applications.
• Proven ability to balance technical oversight with hands-on coding.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
