About Us

Lou Shang 楼上 is a café + bar located at Prinsep Street, right above Mama Diam. Inspired by the old-school HDB vibes from the 80s and 90s, we serve specialty coffee, hearty brunch, and craft beers in a cosy space that feels just like home. We're on the lookout for passionate baristas to join our growing team!

What You'll Do

\t• \tBrew up awesome coffee and drinks for our guests (don't worry, training provided if you're new).

\t• \tChat with customers, make them feel welcome, and share your love for coffee.

\t• \tHelp out with daily café operations - from taking orders to keeping things clean and tidy.

\t• \tRestock supplies and keep the bar running smoothly.

\t• \tContribute ideas for new drinks or seasonal specials (we love creativity here).

\t• \tBe part of a team that's all about good vibes, heritage, and hospitality.

What We're Looking For

\t• \tSome café/barista experience is great, but not a must - as long as you're eager to learn.

\t• \tPassion for coffee, food, and creating a warm guest experience.

\t• \tTeam player with a positive attitude (no egos here!).

\t• \tComfortable working on weekends and public holidays.

\t• \tSomeone who enjoys being in a fun, fast-paced café environment.
