Principal Adviser Enterprise Architect - Move & Sell

1-year renewable contract

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years experience with SAP ECC, specifically Sales and Distribution
• Detailed understanding of F&A pricing, integration to other modules i.e. Logistics, Finance.
• Multiple S/4HANA migration or implementation projects
• Global projects across multiple timezone and locations
• Mining or Metals business industries

Accountabilities:

Architecture Governance

• Make sure solution designs line up with the target architecture and follow enterprise standards.
• Join architecture review boards and support delivery teams with guidance.
• Keep an eye out for decisions that might add technical debt or drift from the strategic direction.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work with business, delivery, and ops teams to make sure architecture decisions support business needs.
• Help connect the dots between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Solution Design Oversight

• Review solution architecture docs.
• Check that integration patterns, data flows, and security setups align with enterprise architecture.

Risk and Compliance Management

• Identify architecture risks early and help shape mitigation plans.
• Make sure solutions meet compliance needs-security, data governance, and regulatory requirements.

Change Impact Assessment

• Look at how changes affect the current architecture setup.
• Give advice on managing complexity and dependencies.

Architecture Repository Maintenance (LeanIX)

• Keep LeanIX updated with the latest on applications, data, and tech components.
• Make sure business capabilities are correctly mapped to IT assets.
