Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in order processing, quotation preparation, and customer follow-ups.
• Liaise with customers to provide timely updates on order status and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases.
• Assist in sales and marketing activities when required.

Requirement:

• Minimum 1 years of relevant operations / sales coordination experience
• Literate in Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
