Job Scope:

• Assist in daily engineering operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment and processes.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support setup, calibration, testing, and validation of machines, tools, and new processes.
• Analyze production data, identify problems, and recommend technical solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams for process improvements and new product introductions.
• Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• NITEC/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
