LOCATION: RAINFOREST WILD ASIA (MANDAI)

As an adventure guide, your main role is to ensure all patrons leave the site happy and have a "tremendous" time.

As such the quality of our services is just as important as the quality of our infrastructure.

We therefore expect guides to:

• Be happy and bring positive vibe into his/her working environment
• Articulate with good interpersonal skills and pro-actively engage with customers in small talk
• Confident in handling all customer profiles, even the most difficult
• Fit and interested in outdoor activity to inspire customers' confidence

The team of guides is also expected to follow the Forest Adventure Safety Management System (SMS) at all times which includes:

• Opening and closing safety checks of the course and its equipment
• Maintain the course and ensure that is safe for operations
• Conduct safety briefing
• Standard Operating Procedure in managing customers on the course
• Ensure patrons are comfortable while maneuvering through the obstacles
• Will require to host and facilitate corporate group programmes

Job Requirements

• Passionate about outdoors and work @ height
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic First Aid is a plus
• Great listener, communicator and team player
• Physically Fit
• No experience needed. Training will be provided
• 5 days' work week including weekends and PHs
