Key Duties

• Assist your manager with day-to-day operations
• Keep warehouse clean & organized
• Receive, check & sort incoming deliveries
• Maintain records of all incoming & outgoing deliveries
• Stock take & update inventory
• Restock goods when supplies are low
• Prepare outgoing delivery orders & requested goods
• Coordinate shipments with internal & third-party logistics providers
• Load & unload goods safely
• Report any damages to cargo/vehicles immediately
• Manage complaints/queries professionally & report unresolved issues promptly
• Execute operations independently as per SOP & provide progress updates
• Adhere to assigned routes & delivery timeline
• Abide by all transportation laws & maintain a clean driving record
• Photograph & update trackers after deliveries
• Set-up at event venues & teardown after events
• Inspect & service vehicles routinely
• Administrative duties & other matters as required

Requirements

• Class 3 license & 1 year of driving experience with clean driving records
• Responsible individual who's comfortable in hands-on environment (involves physical heavy lifting up to 25kg)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & basic computer operations
• Comfortable with alcohol products
• Enthusiastic learner who follows leadership directions
• Meticulous problem-solver who can work both independently & in teams
• Fast worker with a initiative & can-do attitude
• Good communicator with co-ordination skills & integrity

Strongly Preferred

• Class 4 license
• Similar work experience
