Job Description

• Assess counterparty credit risk for clients accessing OTC derivatives, ensuring robust onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
• Manage margining processes, including margin calls, collateral adequacy, and stress testing to safeguard trading exposures.
• Set and monitor credit limits, preparing risk reports and providing recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Develop and implement credit risk policies, aligning with regulatory requirements and best practices across global markets.
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of statements in compliance with standards.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, delivering actionable insights to support business strategy.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in finance, risk and control, with deep expertise in counterparty credit risk for OTC derivatives.
• Strong foundation in accounting, audit, or financial control, with proven progression into credit risk / risk control roles.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, FRM are advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage global scope, and engage senior business stakeholders.
