About the Role

Our client is a Singapore-based publicly listed group with regional presence. They are hiring a Group Finance Manager to support reporting, compliance, and planning processes across a group of entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly closings and management reporting
• Ensure monthly consolidated accounts are properly reported
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis
• Handle risk management in accordance with group risk policies
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax statutory and SGX/MAS requirements
• Work closely with external auditors and stakeholders
• Support internal initiatives and ad hoc finance projects

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience Consolidation of Accounts at a listed Co.
• Able to operate independently and manage deliverables under tight timelines
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Exposure to real estate /property development in a listed capacity is preferred.
