Responsibilities:
- Maintain the overall store image to ensure it is consistently attractive, organised, and customer-friendly.
- Stay updated on customer profiles, product potential, and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
- Communicate effectively with team members about new product launches, merchandising updates, and stock availability.
- Execute store layout and merchandising changes efficiently and in an orderly manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant experience as retail assistant will have added advantage
