• Industry/ Organization Type: Transportation and Logistics (Freight Forwarding)
• Position Title: Warehouse Assistant/ Storekeeper
• Working Location: Changi North Way
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM; Saturday, 8:30AM-12:30PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT Pay + AWS + VB + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Handle picking, packing, and sorting of goods.
• Assist with the receiving and issuing of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee both physical stock and system entries.
• Conduct regular stock-taking and reconciliation exercises.
• Report directly to the Managing Director.

• Minimum GCE N Level qualification.
• Responsible, and committed, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and a strong team player with high integrity.
• 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
• Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Skilled in operating a forklift and electric reach truck.
• Able to commence work immediately/ within short notice.
