Puffy Bois is looking for motivated, fun and dedicated people to join our small but expanding crew! Widely regarded as one of the best Pizza and Cocktail bars in Singapore since our opening in 2023, we have been nominated twice in the global Tales of the Cocktail cocktail bar awards for the region (best new international cocktail bar, best restaurant bar), recipient of Tatler's Best 20 bars in 2025, featured in Timeout's Best Bars in Singapore guide, Timeout's 5 best Pizza's of 2024, and many others.

The bar team is led by Sam Ng, multi-award winning bartender and industry professional of 20+ years. Hailing from Australia with time spent in some of the world's best regarded cocktail bars, the program has a focus on delicious, accessible and technical cocktails. Also featured are a strong global selection of unique spirits across all categories, a compact but deliberate wine and seasonal beer list, and one of Singapore best regarded Pizza offerings.

The primary focus of Puffy Bois is guest enjoyment, and as such a high level of interpersonal skills will be well regarded and taken into consideration. If you can bring the personality, we can teach you to bartend in our style.

Bartender Applicants will ideally have

• 2 years of hospitality experience (no bar experience is strictly necessary, but will be highly regarded).

• A good attitude to learning

• An open and vibrant personality

• Willingness to be part of a team and help in any position.

• Humility and respect for others

• Hunger for knowledge about spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail history.

• An interest in cooking will be a great help, as we like to cross-pollinate kitchen skills with bar skills.

Location: Duxton Road

Salary: $2.5-4.5k total package, depending on experience. (Inclusive of basic salary, transport costs if any, meal allowances, service charge and various bonuses).

Local and NTS qualified passes available. Sadly we don't have quota for General S-Pass work permits .
