Salary Package:

• Basic up to $3500 depending on experience
• Commission
• Vehicle Allowance

Working Location: Bukit Batok

Key Duties:

• Assist Director in daily operations, liaise with contractors, vendors, and site staff to ensure renovation projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with construction drawings, ensuring acceptable standards of workmanship.
• Set objectives, assign responsibilities, coach staff, and train new employees on safe and efficient work practices.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines, ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment, and uphold company standards.
• Review workflow, check output against specifications, identify issues, and recommend improvements for efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Min 2 years of experience in renovation works or related field
• Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Comfortable to perform work activities during off-normal working hours/weekends as and when required.
