Details:

• Salary up to 7,200
• Located at Jalan Tukang, Singapore (Accesible by Bus from Boon lay Interchange)
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 2 facilities staffand ensure smooth daily operations
• Oversee building systems (chillers, water, fire protection, lifts, M&E, BMS, HVAC)
• Ensure preventive maintenance and statutory compliance are met
• Manage contractors for cleaning, security, pest control, plumbing, etc.
• Act as Fire Safety Manager and WSH Committee Secretary
• Handle troubleshooting, incident response, and improvement initiatives
• Manage budgets, service contracts, and monthly reports
• Guide and support the facilities team to meet goals

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities/Building Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of facility management in medical technology manufacturer or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with cGMP, GDP, ISO13485, and FDA standards is an advantage
