- Lead, supervise, and coach Finance team and Shipping Officer to drive performance and growth.
- Oversee full finance functions (AP, AR, GL, reporting) via ERP (SyteLine).
- Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
- Liaise with corporate secretariat and external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore tax, audit, and statutory regulations.
- Implement process improvements and cost control measures.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification.
- 5+ years' financial management experience, preferably in SME manufacturing.
- Skilled in financial operations, analysis, and problem-solving with attention to detail.
- Proficient in ERP and MS Excel; strong communication and leadership skills.
