With a newly awarded residential building project, they are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager to lead the development from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of residential building projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Monitor site progress, budgets, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Conduct project meetings, provide progress reports, and proactively address issues or delays.
• Mentor and guide project/site teams to ensure high performance and morale.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field.
• Proven experience managing residential building projects in Singapore.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
