Responsibilities
Requirements
- Design and manage end-to-end travel and tour projects
- Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate all stages of project lifecycle
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after the trip.
- Maintain regular communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Organize all logistical details: flights, accommodations, activities, meals, transportation.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documentation for clients.
- Ensure all tours comply with safety, legal, and health regulations.
- Provide financial reports post-project.
- Collect feedback post-travel to assess customer satisfaction.
- Provide the Monthly report accurately
Requirements
- 3 years of relevant working experience in manpower management;
- Experience working with government agencies or in logistical arrangements for travel agencies and event companies will be a plus.
