Girl Guides Singapore (GGS) is seeking a Head of Partnership & Program to lead our Training, Programme & Unit Development (TPUD) team. This senior leadership role will shape and drive strategic initiatives that inspire, empower, and equip girls and young women to reach their fullest potential, while strengthening our presence within the local and international community.
What You'll Do
• Lead Strategic Partnerships - Develop and drive a long-term partnership strategy, build strong relationships with external partners, collaborators, and community organisations and international Guiding bodies to advance GGS's mission and impact locally and globally..
• Champion Community Engagement - Strengthen the Guiding community by engaging volunteers, members, and stakeholders to actively contribute, participate and co-create initiatives.
• Oversee Programmes - Provide leadership and oversight for the design, management and delivery of impactful programmes and events that support member growth, development and empowerment.
• Shape Training & Development - Lead the creation and implementation of robust indoor and outdoor training frameworks that build leadership skills, resilience and confidence in girl members and adult leaders.
• Drive & Support Unit Growth - Equip Unit leaders with strategies, resources, and best practices to enhance Unit performance, sustainability and engagement across diverse communities.
• Expand International Engagement - Foster and strengthen relationships with the global Guiding movement by initiating collaborations, exchange opportunities and cross-cultural programmes that enrich GGS members' experiences
• Manage Budgets & Resources - Oversee programme and training budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation, vendor management, and operational efficiency.
• Work with the Management Team - Provide strategic direction and align the TPUD team's goals with organisational priorities, fostering collaboration across departments.
What We're Looking For
• Proven leadership experience (2-5 year) in partnerships, programme development, or community engagement, with a track record of driving organisational impact
• Ability to set strategic direction and drive execution with clear outcomes
• Experienced in managing stakeholders at all levels, fostering influence, alignment, and lasting partnerships
• Strong leadership and management capabilities, including oversight of teams, budgets, and complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Relevant sector experience in youth development, volunteer-based, or membership organisations (highly desirable)
• Organised, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a passion for empowering young women and communities
• Knowledge of the Guiding movement will be an advantage
Working Hours
• Working hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Flexibility is required for occasional evening or weekend events/trainings, with time off provided in lieu
